| Our school district has the unique arrangement of allowing all the students to choose between 3 high schools. Each school has a different style and emphasis. Sofi eliminated one choice fairly quickly, but is trying to decide between the 2 other schools. One has a strong personality of innovation and academic excellence. The other emphasizes fine arts. Sofi is looking carefully at each school and thinking about her needs in high school. She taped a piece of paper to our patio door to help her compare the schools. She still has some questions to answer to help her decide. The first two items on her list, math and English, are probably more Becky's concerns and both schools do a fine job teaching math and English. Sofi needs to turn her application in by the end of the month. |

How lucky you are to have such a nice arrangement for high school options! Sofi I am confident will find the right school. How wonderful that it is her decision and she is taking it so seriously. I will look forward to hearing what she decides. She seems to have so many talents and directions she can go.
Dragon fruit?! What IS that? It looks like it came off a cactus. I would love to try some. Which grocery store did you find it in? Where do they usually grow?
Well you know that Sofi is thoroughly thinking the school thing through and isn't just choosing based on what her friends are doing:)
The produce guy at Winco said that the dragon fruit is very similar to kiwi. They look so cool and dragon-like on the outside.
I can't believe the height of Helen's soda fountain. Wow! Now that is a fun science fair project.
