Helen's DECA team finished up their competition in Atlanta. Two of their teammates made it to the finals and one placed in the top 10. From the left are Chloe, Mary, Helen, Colin, Malia, Ryder, Tyler, Hannah, Lily, Rowan, Tayvon and Mr. Rogan, their amazing advisor who probably came home with a few more grey hairs after supervising this group for a week!
Here is the group outside the Mercedes Benz Stadium, home to the Atlanta Falcons and the location of their awards ceremony. Over 17,500 students competed in the international competition.
And here they are in downtown Atlanta. Helen had a terrific time, was excited to come home and sleep and is looking forward to next year in Orlando.
Saturday was a special day as Brandan and Becky went to the temple to seal Murray and Cynthia Hull and also to seal Murray to his parents. The process from baptism to sealing took longer than we thought it would and we are so happy to have completed Murray's temple work.
