15 June 2025

Abe and Helen went to Sutton's high school graduation last week. From the left are Abe, Becky, Sasha, Helen, Dan. Sutton, Maggie, Drue, Xander, and Salem.

Gibson graduated from seminary last Sunday.

Becky made Gibson a jean quilt, using jeans he wore while growing up and a couple of pairs of jeans from Brandan. All of our kids have a similar quilt, but since they are made with recycled fabric, they are all unique.

Becky made a quilt for Adia for graduation, too.

Our neighbor invited us to pick some cherries off her tree.

One of Becky's classes only had three students left after the seniors graduated. Gibson picked up pizzas for the day the remaining students presented their final projects.

On the last day of school, Becky brought pop up soccer goals and her students played soccer in the bus lane. It was a joyful way to end the year.

At the end of the day, the school campus felt like a ghost town. These are the lockers across from Becky's classroom.

On Friday we attended the temple with Gibson as he went through the temple for the first time. Another joyful day.

Adia went through the temple the week before and attended with us.

Gibson's friend, Cason, took out his endownments at the same time. It was great to be in the temple with both young men and their family and friends.

Millions of Americans turned out in thousands of cities and towns across the country for "No Kings" protests. Sofi and Nate went to an event in Wenatchee.

Helen and Lily marched in Salt Lake City. We're proud of them for showing up and taking a stand.

Today is Father's Day. Brandan connected with his Dad and siblings with a video call.

And also talked to our kids in Washington and Utah. Feeling thankful for the four wonderful adults who call Brandan, "Dad." 🩷
