| The pear harvest started while we were out of town and we picked pears several times this week. Here's a photo from ground picking. |

| We also did a couple of late night platform shifts. The platforms have bright lights to make it possible to pick pears in the dark. |

| This is a screenshot from our phone call with Gib this week. Brandan spoke with Gib earlier. Gib was doing his laundry and Sofi and Becky were at school. Gib leaves for Malaysia on Tuesday next week, but he won't arrive until Thursday. |

| Abe spent several days in Sun River with the Idiart family at their vacation home this week. This is a photo of some of them floating the Deschutes River. |

| The Idiarts had a load of firewood delivered and created a bucket brigade to get the firewood down the driveway and stacked in the garage/ Abe and Ben turned the activity into a workout, doing lunges with the pieces of wood. |

| Abe and Camden won the impromptu pickleball tournament. This was a great way to end summer before the start a new school year! |
