| On Saturday the boys made a picnic for the girls and they met at Lithia Park in Ashland for lunch and lawn games. |

| After their picnic, the boys dropped the girls off to get ready for the dance. The boys came to our house to make dinner. Gibson grabbed some fresh basil from our garden. |

| They created an elegant tablescape. Gibson used his new flower arranging skills to make a bouquet for the table. |

| They served roasted red pepper tortellini, roasted asparagus with a balsamic reduction, fresh fruit, butter flake rolls and creme brûlée. |

| Jason decided not to ask a girl to the dance and came as part of the group. |

| Prom was held at the Rogue X, a brand new sports center which was a good choice of venue for the event. |
