We counted down to Easter this year by focusing on the love of the Savior.

Abe, Ashton and Tate took a break from finals this week to run 8 miles. This is a photo from the end of their run.

Our stake participated in the Bear Creek Clean-up as part of our Holy Week celebrations, Brandan, Becky and Gibson picked up trash in a parking lot along the greenway and helped clean up abandoned homeless camps.

It's pretty easy to take a photo in front of the temple after church on Easter Sunday when you only have one 18 year old in the photo.

Brandan and Becky might start taking their own photo to keep the tradition going.

We had a lovely video call together.

For the second year in a row we cooked Middle Eastern food for Easter dinner. This year we made a Lebanese meal: chicken shawarma, rice, lentil soup, spinach pies, naan and salad.


For dessert we had chocolate pots filled chocolate cookies and mousse for dirt with a chocolate dipped strawberry for a carrot.
